What is the turnaround time for an order?
Standard turnaround time is 10 business days from logo approval. We can expedite the process for customers facing deadlines. Since 2002 World Logo has never missed a deadline! |
What are your minimums?
For promotional products it is driven by the item and manufacturer. For apparel - 36 combined screenprinted garments and 12 combined embroidered garments. We will occasionally process smaller quantities for valued customers facing a specific challenge. |
How do I make a payment?
Payment is required upon initiating an order. We accept company/personal checks, Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover, as well as corporate purchasing cards. |
How do I decide what item would be the best fit?
While our web site is very user-friendly, we like to take a consultative approach with our customers. Just outline the purpose of your order, your estimated budget, and desired quantity and we will go to work providing you with digital samples with your specific logo, as well as product specs and pricing. |
What impacts the cost of apparel?
Quantity, size (2XL and larger), and sometimes garment color can impact price. In the case of screenprinting it is the number of logo colors and locations. In the case of embroidery it is the thread count (size of the logo) and number of locations. |
How does the process work?
1. The order is intitiated by choosing item, size, and color and processing payment.
2. The graphic design team begins to design your logo, or layout your existing one. Garments or promo itmes are not decorated until you submit final approval.
3. We order your items from the manufacturer.
4. The items are delivered to you with your approved logo.
